These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services offered by Diginest Gold Company ("we", "us", "our"), with head office at 7-81, near Adi Mobiles, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh – 516001. By visiting our branch, calling our helpline, or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of Services

Diginest Gold Company purchases gold jewellery, coins, biscuits, second-hand ornaments, and bank/financier-pledged gold from customers across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, subject to verification of purity, ownership, and valid identification.

2. Valuation Process

  • All gold is tested using XRF (X-ray fluorescence) technology in the presence of the customer.
  • Quoted prices are based on the prevailing live market rate at the time of the transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The valuation provided is free of charge and carries no obligation for the customer to sell.

3. Identification & Ownership

Customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card preferred) at the time of transaction. By offering gold for sale, the customer confirms that they are the lawful owner of the item(s) or are legally authorised to sell them.

4. Pledged Gold Release

Where Diginest Gold Company assists in releasing gold pledged with a bank or private financier, the customer authorises us to settle the outstanding loan amount on their behalf, deducted from the final payout, subject to a signed authorisation from the customer.

5. Payment

6. Service Area

We operate as a universal helpline covering all districts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Branch visits, pickups, or phone assistance are coordinated through our central helpline number.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure accurate valuation and secure transactions, Diginest Gold Company shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, third-party loan settlement processes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.
